I create personalized music tracks to improve mental, emotional and physical well being from the subconscious level. They contain binaural beats for brain entrainment, healing frequencies and sub-audible affirmations to realign your subconscious patterns of thought. After an initial consultation (in person or by email) I create all three elements of the music track and later send you a link to download it. The music file will be large because it's a raw, uncompressed file which contains all of the vibrational data of the recording for optimal benefits to the listener. It's recommended that you listen for 3 weeks after waking up and before sleeping as this is when our brainwaves are naturally in theta brain state where we access healing and relearning. There will be a weekly feedback to monitor the changes that you are experiencing and I'm available to answer any questions at any time. For optimal benefits of the music you will need to listen with headphones. Please note, it is not recommended for those with epilepsy due to the increase in cerebral activity that the brain entrainment produces.
