Engaging in the Frequency Family Community & Marketplace (FFC&M):
Once members join the Frequency Family Community or Marketplace, practitioners can shift to a deeper level of connection and support. Here’s how we can keep the experience positive and engaging:
1. Nurture Relationships in Frequency Family Community: Engage with frequency seekers in the FFC by getting to know their goals and wellness needs. Building relationships here creates a trusted connection with potential clients.
2. Offer Insight & Expertise in Discussions: Share your knowledge and answer questions in a kind and informative way. Let your expertise shine and focus on serving rather than selling.
3. Avoid Spamming the Community: Instead of promoting directly, take time to understand each person’s needs. Fill out your application. Create an account in the Marketplace and list your products in the Marketplace. Then you can share the links to your products in the Marketplace. No off-site links, phone numbers or websites are allowed in the community chat areas.
4. Build Connections with Fellow Practitioners: Take time to connect with other practitioners in FFC. Familiarize yourself with their offerings, join Practitioner Chat discussions, and support each other’s unique contributions. We are here not as competitors, but as a collective, providing a trusted space where members can find the answers and support they need for their healing journeys. Together, we create a welcoming environment that fosters trust, collaboration, and holistic wellness.
Not every client will be a match, so use your intuition when recommending products or services. Get to know other practitioners as well, so you can recommend colleagues when a client might be a better fit for their offerings.
5. Direct Sales to the Marketplace Listings: If someone expresses interest in a specific product or service, direct them to your listing in the Marketplace, not to a personal website. This keeps transactions transparent and ensures the community is centered around mutual trust.
6. Follow-Up Process for Non-Compliance: To maintain a high-integrity environment, practitioners are expected to follow Community/Marketplace guidelines. If promotional posts or direct sales occur outside of Marketplace listings, the host team will reach out to clarify the guidelines. In the event of a second violation, we will remove the practitioner from the Marketplace.
By focusing on inspiration in the Facebook group and nurturing genuine connections in FFC&M, we can build a supportive, high-vibe community that brings real value to everyone.

The Facebook group is the starting point where members are introduced to frequency healing concepts and stories, creating an uplifting environment free from sales and promos. If members are interested in exploring specific products or services, our team will direct them to the Frequency Family Marketplace for those next steps.
To keep the focus on inspiration, please remember that no links or promotions to the marketplace or anywhere else for products or services should be shared in the Facebook group. Here, we focus solely on sharing, connecting, and supporting each other.
